Final Research Projects in Geology.

To achieve the University Foundation Award from the University of Hull students were required to attend at least five UFA 10 Credit courses and produce a "final piece of work" worth ten credits. The UFA was a level 4 qualification.

When part-time students registered to carry out the "final price" they were able to use many of the facilities at the University for the project that are normally available to full-time undergraduates.

Some of the projects that I have supervised include -

Other group research projects have come out of the fieldwork of students on the courses -

And of course - once students completed their "final project" they could use their University Foundation Award to enter Higher Education or just continue attending the courses!
