It is assumed that the hosts have carried out
the necessary PAT tests. Do not use if you notice
the test is out of date or if there is any obvious
damage to the equipment or wiring. Warn people if
you find any trailing cables that could be a trip
hazard. |

Check with hosts for any problems with
access. Ask some members to volunteer to act as
ushers to direct the public to the correct room. |

The Chair must tell people present about the
fire exits and evacuation procedure at the start of
the meeting. |
